Getting started

   Open Apps in Arena

   Go to the Apps section in your Arena CRM dashboard and find iMessage. Open in Arena

   Connect iMessage

   Follow the setup flow to link your phone number. You'll receive a connection code to send from your device.

   Start chatting

   Try sending a message — ask "How many leads did I book this week?"

Notifications

Once connected, you'll receive notifications for:

• New booked leads
• Lead qualifying notifications
• Rescheduled appointment alerts
• Lead reply notifications

All notifications are on by default. To manage them, go to Apps → iMessage → Settings in Arena.

What you can do

• Get real-time notifications for booked and qualifying leads
• Ask your AI assistant about your pipeline and campaigns
• Check daily and weekly performance summaries
• Manage your leads through natural conversation
• Get alerts when leads reply or reschedule
