Getting started

   Open Apps in Arena

   Go to the Apps section in your Arena CRM dashboard and find Slack. Open in Arena

   Install to your workspace

   Click Connect and authorize Arena in your Slack workspace. Choose a channel or use direct messages.

   Start chatting

   Send your first message — try asking "How many leads did I book this week?"

Notifications

Once connected, you'll receive notifications for:

• New booked leads and appointments
• Lead qualifying notifications
• Campaign completion alerts
• Lead reply and reschedule notifications

All notifications are on by default. To manage them, go to Apps → Slack → Settings in Arena.

What you can do

• Ask questions about your pipeline in plain language
• Get real-time notifications for booked and qualifying leads
• Check daily and weekly performance summaries
• Manage your leads through natural conversation
• Get campaign stats and follow-up suggestions
