Getting started

   Open Apps in Arena

   Go to the Apps section in your Arena CRM dashboard and find WhatsApp. Open in Arena

   Connect WhatsApp

   Scan the QR code or copy the connection link to start a chat with the Arena WhatsApp number.

   Start chatting

   Send your first message — try asking "How many leads did I book this week?"

Notifications

Once connected, you'll receive notifications for:

• New booked leads and appointments
• Lead qualifying notifications
• Campaign completion alerts
• Lead reply and reschedule notifications

All notifications are on by default. To manage them, go to Apps → WhatsApp → Settings in Arena.

What you can do

• Get real-time notifications for booked and qualifying leads
• Ask your AI assistant about your pipeline and campaigns
• Check daily and weekly performance summaries
• Manage your leads through natural conversation
• Get alerts when leads reply or reschedule
